I recently enjoyed my stay, finding the location to be perfect, just a short walk to the Rambla and Boqueria Market. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. While my single room was comfortable with a nice layout and clean sheets, I did find the shared bathrooms to be a bit challenging at times. Overall, it was a solid choice for those looking to explore Barcelona without breaking the bank.

stayed at hostal europa for two nights. the location is awesome, especially close to the gothic quarters, la rambla, and public transport. my single room had a nice layout, a small table, and a tv. sheets were clean and changed during my stay, which was a pleasant surprise. the staff was friendly, and having 24/7 access was a big plus!

Incredible location just off La Ramblas, perfect for easy sightseeing. The triple room with private ensuite offered decent space and a large bathroom, with air conditioning that cooled things down nicely.

The bed was extremely squeaky, making it tough to get a good night's sleep without waking up. It was also hard, which is not great if you're used to softer mattresses. The singular long pillow isn't ideal. two separate pillows would be much more comfortable. The bathroom hot water was unpredictable, and while it served its purpose, it definitely lacked that 'ideal' feel.

It was just a nice choice for a lightning trip in Barcelona with very good value for money. The location was almost perfect, just minutes from La Boqueria market, making it convenient for quick meals. A tip, be prepared for a lot of noise, especially from the street and other guests.

The room was decent overall. I appreciated the en suite bathroom, and it was clean, but it was super small. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and the walls were pretty thin, so I could hear people walking by and chatting in the hall. Plus, it got kind of hot at night. A good spot if you don’t mind a bit of noise and cramped spaces.
